Gustavo Q. is a skilled professional with extensive experience in environmental engineering, data management, and process optimization. Currently serving as a Bio Information Specialist, Data Engineer, and Data Scientist at the USDA since August 2022, Gustavo manages data integration and analytics projects while coordinating with stakeholders to enhance business processes through informatics. Previously, during a six-year tenure at the US Environmental Protection Agency, Gustavo held the position of Senior Environmental Engineer, leading multi-media projects and serving as regional and national lead for Air Toxics. Gustavo's earlier experience includes roles at Black & Veatch as a Lead Process and Design Engineer, and at Carrier Corp, United Technologies, and Raytheon as an Application, Marketing, and Sales Engineer, where responsibilities included business development and system design.
