Justin Wilkes

Justin Wilkes is a Public Affairs Specialist and Community Economic Development Coordinator for Rural Development at the USDA, a position held since November 2015, focusing on economic development initiatives in Mississippi. Prior experience includes roles as a law clerk at Radio One and the USDA's Office of Administrative Law Judges, as well as serving as an advisor to the Director of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization within the USDA. Additional experience includes working as a Staff Assistant in the United States Senate and serving as the Special Assistant to the Under Secretary and Advisor to the Director of External Affairs at the USDA. Justin Wilkes holds a J.D. from Howard University School of Law and a BBA in Finance from Howard University.
