Lindsey Scannell has extensive experience in providing legal assistance and research in various organizations including U.S. Department of Commerce, The World Bank, and United States Trade Representative. Lindsey's work has primarily focused on improving legal and regulatory environments for private investment, particularly in infrastructure projects in South and Southeast Asia. With a J.D. in International Trade and Development Law from Georgetown University Law Center and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Mount Holyoke College, Lindsey has a strong background in international law and policy analysis.
