Russell Roth

Russell Roth has extensive experience in energy policy and security, having served in various high-level roles at the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) since August 2007, including as Office Director and Attaché/Senior Energy Advisor. Key contributions include enhancing the National Nuclear Security Administration's support for Ukraine, providing strategic guidance on international energy and nuclear security, and managing significant departmental programs and budgets. Roth's work has included advising military officials and establishing international partnerships, as well as educational roles at Missouri State University and the National Defense University.
