Constance Turnbull

Constance Turnbull is an Assistant State's Attorney at Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office since September 2019, specializing in child protection, alternative prosecution, and felony criminal proceedings with a significant caseload of actively litigated cases. Previous roles include Editor-in-Chief of Volume XXXII of the Georgetown Journal of Legal Ethics and an Honors Intern at the Department of Justice, where Constance focused on ethics research and policy drafting. Additional experience includes serving as a Law Clerk and Support Staff at the United States Attorney's Office, as well as a Paralegal/Intern at MacRae & Co LLP. Constance Turnbull earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Georgetown University Law Center and a degree in Legal Studies & Business from Grand Valley State University.
