Crystal Allen

Crystal Allen is a highly experienced professional with a significant background in management and program analysis within the U.S. Department of Justice, where roles have included Unit Chief and Supervisory IT Program Manager since September 2012. Prior to this, Crystal served as an Operations Officer in the United States Marine Corps from May 2008 to September 2012, leading a team that provided critical support for over 8,000 personnel. Crystal's educational accomplishments include a Master's degree in Military Joint Operations Planning and Strategy from Marine Corps University and a Bachelor's degree in English from the United States Naval Academy, complemented by studies in Web Design and Data Analysis. Currently, Crystal is furthering education at Purdue University and has received certification in Analytical Design from the Naval Postgraduate School.
