Elizabeth Treacy

Elizabeth Treacy currently serves as an Immigration Judge at the U.S. Department of Justice, a position held since July 2023. Prior to this role, Elizabeth held the position of Assistant United States Attorney at the United States Attorneys' Offices from March 2019 to July 2023, and previously served as Assistant Chief Counsel at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security from August 2010 to March 2019. Elizabeth began her legal career as an Associate at Fragomen, where Elizabeth worked from November 2007 to July 2010. Elizabeth Treacy earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Georgia School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in English Language and Literature from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Elizabeth also attended Stone Ridge School of the Sacred Heart for primary and secondary education.
