Max Porter

Max Porter currently serves as an intern for Senior Connecticut Senator Richard Blumenthal in the United States Senate, where responsibilities include note-taking, memo drafting, and constituent communication. Porter is also the Contributing Metro Editor at The GW Hatchet, overseeing reporters and producing regular news content about GW and Washington, D.C. Alongside editorial duties, Porter co-hosts a news podcast and has experience as a staff writer. Previous roles include leadership positions in the Alexander Hamilton Society at GWU, an internship at HamletHub, and contributions to the Connecticut State Senator Will Haskell's reelection campaign. Max Porter is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government at The George Washington University.
