Timothy Foley

Timothy Foley is a seasoned law enforcement professional with over three decades of experience, currently serving as a Senior Executive Service member at the U.S. Department of Justice since February 2018. Previously, Foley held various leadership roles at the Drug Enforcement Administration from May 1997 to April 2022, including Acting Special Agent in Charge and Deputy Special Agent in Charge, where responsibilities involved overseeing substantial enforcement efforts in New York, managing significant operations, and leading the New York Drug Enforcement Task Force. Throughout their career, Foley has been recognized for outstanding leadership and operational excellence, supported by a foundational background as a police officer at the Deerfield Illinois Police Department and a minor league baseball player with the Toronto Blue Jays. Foley holds a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from Bradley University.
