Kevin Salinger

Kevin Salinger currently serves as the Deputy Assistant Secretary for Tax Policy at the U.S. Department of the Treasury since April 2025. Prior to this role, Kevin was a Managing Director and Head of Tax Counsel & Advisory at Jefferies from August 2014 to March 2025. Earlier in Kevin's career, experience included working as an Associate at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP from September 2009 to August 2014. Kevin earned a J.D. from Harvard Law School in 2009 and holds a B.A. in Philosophy with highest distinction from the University of California, Berkeley.
