Samuel B.

Samuel B. currently serves as a Policy Advisor at the U.S. Department of the Treasury, focusing on anti-money laundering, counter-terrorism financing, and sanctions related to various illicit finance and regulatory issues. Prior to this role, Samuel B. held positions at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace, including Acting Chief of Staff to then CIA Director-designate Bill Burns, and contributed as a Research Analyst and Speechwriter. Samuel B. also participated as a Visiting Hansard Scholar at the House of Commons. Academic qualifications include a Master of Arts from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies and a Bachelor's Degree in International Security and Geopolitics from Cornell University, supplemented by studies at The London School of Economics and Political Science.
