Talya Lockman-Fine

Talya Lockman-Fine is an experienced professional currently serving as Chief Speechwriter for the U.S. Department of the Treasury since August 2023. Prior to this role, Lockman-Fine worked as a Legal Consultant for the IFC - International Finance Corporation from June 2021 to September 2023 and served as Program Officer and Bernstein International Human Rights Fellow at the International Senior Lawyers Project (ISLP) from June 2020 to June 2021. Additional experience includes a position as Special Assistant to the CEO at Koe Koe Tech in June 2018 and as a Consultant at Dalberg Global Development Advisors from August 2015 to June 2017. Lockman-Fine holds a J.D. from Yale Law School and a Bachelor's Degree in Ethics, Politics, and Economics from Yale University.
