Charles Williams

Charles Williams, MBA, is an experienced Capital Asset Manager at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, overseeing a $500 million capital program across eight health care systems in Georgia, Alabama, and South Carolina. With prior roles including Chief Engineer and Assistant Chief Engineer at the Durham VA Health Care System, Charles managed extensive infrastructure and operations, leading a team of 137 employees. Additionally, as Chief of Capital Projects, Charles handled a substantial project portfolio involving significant construction initiatives. Charles also served as a Project Engineer at the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, efficiently managing over $700 million in military construction projects. A graduate of Auburn University with a Master's in Building Science, Charles also holds an MBA in Project Management from Fayetteville State University and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University. Charles is currently a board member of the Driven Perfection Youth Foundation.
