Jonathan Holt, DO, MS, FACMG, is a Clinical Geneticist at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs since April 2024, contributing to the Clinical Genetics and National TeleOncology Program. Founder of TranSendX, LLC, Jonathan innovates in digital health by utilizing blockchain technologies to enhance interoperability and patient information security. As the Owner of Harmony & Focus, a private practice providing health, wellness, and medical weight loss services, Jonathan combines clinical expertise with entrepreneurial endeavors. Jonathan has held leadership roles as Chief Medical Informatics Officer and Senior Technical Fellow at Equideum Health, and has contributed significantly to healthcare standards, notably in blockchain identity as Chair of the IEEE P2418.6 workgroup. An accomplished physician and researcher with extensive training in clinical genetics and biomedical informatics from prestigious institutions, Jonathan has also served on various advisory committees and boards, including the American Board of Medical Specialties.
