Kaitlin Fink has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Kaitlin is currently working as a Design Lead at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. Prior to this, they worked as a Life Coach and a Product Design Manager at Front. Kaitlin also had a stint at Pinterest, where they held multiple positions including Product Design Manager - Business Interfaces, Design Program Manager, and Product Design Producer. Before that, Kaitlin worked at IDEO as a Leadership + Program Coordinator. Kaitlin also gained valuable experience serving in the US Navy as a Lieutenant and fulfilling various roles on the USS BENFOLD (DDG 65) including Training Officer and Auxiliary Officer. Additionally, they worked as a Student Athlete Advisory Committee Member for the NCAA, supporting initiatives and events promoting sportsmanship in college sports. Kaitlin also gained engineering experience as an Engineering Cadet at both Military Sealift Command and Maersk Line, Limited.
Kaitlin Fink holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marine Engineering with a minor in Energy Management from Massachusetts Maritime Academy. Kaitlin also obtained a High School Diploma from The Academy of the Holy Cross. Additionally, they have certifications as a Co-Actively Trained Coach from the Co-Active Training Institute, as a 3rd Assistant Engineer (Unlimited) from the United States Coast Guard, and in Refrigerant Transition and Recovery (Universal) from Ferris State University.
