Kathleen Parker

Kathleen Parker is a highly experienced nursing professional with extensive leadership roles within the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, where responsibilities have included Advanced Practice Nurse, Associate Chief Nurse, and Director of Nurse Residency & Training Programs. Kathleen also currently serves as the President and former Vice President of the Association of Black Nursing Faculty, Inc., overseeing program development for scientific conferences. Notable contributions include enhancing health education for veterans and managing patient-centered care initiatives, alongside a robust background in curriculum design and program accreditation. Educationally, Kathleen holds a Ph.D. in Nursing Science and has pursued advanced degrees in Family Practice Nursing and Nursing.
