Kris Ruark Barnes

Kris Ruark Barnes is an experienced healthcare professional with a diverse background in medical support, authorization processes, and management roles. Currently serving as an Advanced Medical Support Assistant at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs since August 2025, Kris previously worked at MultiCare Health System as an Authorization Specialist and Imaging Scheduler from November 2020 to November 2025. Additional experience includes a role as a doTERRA Wellness Advocate at doTERRA International LLC and positions in admissions management and coordination at Rehabilitation Hospital of the Northwest and Northern Idaho Advanced Care Hospital, respectively.
