Lawrence Cresswell

Lawrence Cresswell, DO, JD, is a highly experienced physician specializing in emergency medicine, currently serving as a Physician at VA Health Care Systems since September 2017. Cresswell has held significant leadership positions, including Director of Investigations for the Louisiana State Board of Medical Examiners from September 2018 to September 2024, and Medical Director at multiple medical facilities, including Ochsner Baptist Medical Center and New Orleans East Hospital. Cresswell completed a Juris Doctorate in Health Law at Loyola University New Orleans College of Law, alongside a residency in Emergency Medicine from Upstate Medical University and a Doctorate of Osteopathic Medicine from New York Institute of Technology.
