Peter Donigan

Peter Donigan is an accomplished Visual Information Specialist with extensive experience in graphic design and training within military contexts. Currently serving as a Graphic Specialist for the U.S. Special Operations Command at Halvik since June 2023, Peter has held various significant roles, including Visual Information Supervisor for the US Army, where responsibilities included designing promotional materials for military exercises and events across multiple continents. Previous positions at the Defense Information School involved managing training programs and overseeing the performance of instructors, while earlier roles highlighted expertise in visual information management within Joint Multinational Readiness Center operations. Peter holds a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Communications and an Associate of Arts in General Studies from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
