Prudence Howard

Prudence Howard is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and organizational development. Currently serving as Associate Director at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, Prudence also holds the position of President and CEO at Pivotal Growth Strategies Institute, LLC, where a commitment to empowering individuals and organizations to achieve their goals is evident. In addition, Prudence has been an Independent Consultant with True Colors International and a Certified Coach Trainer Speaker with the John C. Maxwell Team, providing workshops and coaching for personal and professional growth. Previous roles include leadership positions at Slowe Group, LLC, Traci Lynn Jewelry, and various capacities within the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs and the United States Navy. Prudence holds a Master’s degree in Purchasing, Procurement/Acquisitions, and Contracts Management from the Florida Institute of Technology, along with a Bachelor's degree in Aeronautics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
