Tabitha Sierra

Tabitha Sierra, PsyD, ABPP, MHA, MBA, currently serves as the Assistant Director and Chief Experience Officer at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, with a focus on enhancing employee engagement and customer experience through organizational psychology. Sierra's extensive experience includes leading various departments, overseeing significant process improvement projects, and implementing health directives within the Central Virginia VA Health Care System. With a solid academic background including a Doctor of Psychology and multiple master's degrees, work as an adjunct professor at Regent University, and service as a Marine, Sierra combines clinical expertise and leadership to advance health care delivery and support for veterans.
