Cotten's background includes roles such as Director of Operations and Quality Improvement Manager at MedicalEdge Healthcare Group, as well as Administrative Director at TotalCare Medical. Cotten holds a Master's degree in Healthcare Administration from The University of Texas at Arlington and a degree in Clinical Laboratory Sciences from Texas Tech University.
