Fonda Chen

Fonda Chen is a design consultant and director of design at the United States Digital Service, where involvement includes enhancing critical services and developing digital public infrastructure within federal agencies. Previous experience at The Washington Post includes serving as a digital product designer, where Fonda was integral to expanding team functions and creating a high-performing ad unit in the R&D department. Early career roles at shopkick included product manager and operations associate, contributing to significant brand growth and the company’s acquisition by SK Telecom. Fonda holds a Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Pennsylvania.
