Mike Williams

Mike Williams has extensive experience in the energy and oil & gas industry. Mike has held several senior roles throughout their career.

In 2001, Mike started their career at ExxonMobil as a Reservoir Engineer, where they worked until 2004. Mike then joined XTO Energy in 2005, where they held various positions including Reservoir Engineer, Senior Reservoir Engineer, and Reservoir Development Manager. During their time at XTO Energy, Mike primarily focused on projects related to the Barnett Shale and the Permian region.

In 2011, Mike joined Approach Resources Inc. as the Director of Reservoir Engineering. Mike stayed with the company until 2012 when they transitioned to Bluestem Energy as an Acquisitions & Reserves Manager. Later that same year, Mike moved to MorningStar Partners, L.P. as a Manager of Reservoir Engineering. Mike remained with MorningStar Partners until 2018 when they joined Founders Oil & Gas as the Vice President of Reservoir Engineering.

Mike's most recent role is as the VP of Engineering at U.S. Energy Development Corporation, which they started in 2023. Overall, Mike has held progressive roles in the industry, showcasing their expertise and leadership skills.

Mike Williams attended the University of Mississippi from 1997 to 2001, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering. Prior to their time at the University of Mississippi, they attended the Louisiana School for Math, Science, and the Arts from 1995 to 1997, although no degree or specific field of study is mentioned.
