Eric Han is an experienced Operations Research Analyst at the U.S. Energy Information Administration since September 2017, focusing on crude oil production and its geopolitical impact in Africa, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific. Additionally, Eric has served as a consultant for the World Bank Group, contributing to various evaluations related to private investment in fragile situations. Previous roles include Project Finance Specialist at the Overseas Private Investment Corporation and Assistant Professor at Myongji University, where Eric engaged in statistical analysis and innovative teaching methods. Eric's early career involved policy analysis as an intern at the UN Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights and language instruction at Ewha University. Eric holds an MBA from Georgetown University, a Master’s in International Studies from Yonsei University, and a Bachelor's in History and Communications from the University of California, Davis.
