Ashley Duplechien has a diverse work experience in various industries. Ashley currently holds the position of Director of Business Development - RNG at U.S. Gain since August 2022. Previously, from 2014, Ashley worked as a Chorus Member at Houston Grand Opera. Ashley also had an extensive tenure at Trillium Energy, where they held multiple roles including General Manager of Client Solutions, Sr. Manager of Business Development, and Manager of Marketing and Development. Their expertise lies in account management, commercial operations, proposal writing, and marketing/communications in the alternative-fuels industry, particularly in the areas of compressed natural gas, renewable natural gas, EV, hydrogen, and solar infrastructure/fuel sales.

Ashley Duplechien completed their Bachelor of Music degree with a minor in French at Louisiana State University from 2007 to 2011. Ashley then pursued a Master of Arts degree in Vocal Performance at The Royal Academy of Music from 2011 to 2013. In addition to their academic qualifications, they obtained certifications in "Make 'Em Love You at Work" and "Pitching Yourself" from LinkedIn in October 2018 (Jodi Glickman).
