Nanette Chun-Ming Ward

Missouri Advisory Committee Member at U.S. Global Leadership Coalition

Nanette Chun-Ming Ward has extensive experience in human rights advocacy and education, currently serving as a Board Member, Victim Advocate, and Trainer at the Stop Human Trafficking Coalition of Central Missouri since April 2008. In addition, Nanette is an Anti-Human Trafficking Task Force Member at the Missouri Attorney General's Office and a Missouri Advisory Committee Member for the U.S. Global Leadership Coalition. Active in promoting diversity and inclusion, Nanette is also a member of the Diversity and Inclusion Team for Community of Christ. Previous recognitions include receiving the Woman of Courage Award from Stephens College in 2018 and serving as a speaker at TEDxCoMo. Other roles have included Area Representative for World Heritage International Student Exchange Programs, Community Coordinator for the Columbia Missourian, and Human Rights Investigator/Community Educator for the City of Columbia, MO. Nanette holds a Bachelor's degree in International Studies from Graceland University.
