Victoria Coe

Victoria Coe currently serves as an Executive Assistant at the U.S. Grains & BioProducts Council since September 2025. Prior to this role, Victoria was an Executive Staff Assistant at Cornell University, supporting the Office of the Deputy Provost and serving as an Administrative Assistant to the Vice Provost for Academic Affairs and the Department of Budget & Planning.
