Jessica Gracie-Griffin

Jessica Gracie-Griffin has a diverse work experience spanning from 1997 to the present. Jessica'smost recent position is Director of Quality at the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) since 2015. Jessica has also worked as a Certification Reviewer at USGBC from 2015 to 2024. Prior to that, they served as a Team Lead at USGBC/GBCI from 2016 to 2024.

Before joining USGBC, Gracie-Griffin worked at SERA Architects as a LEED Manager from 2012 to 2015, and as a LEED Coordinator from 2012 to 2013. Jessica also gained experience at Hennebery Eddy Architects as a Designer & Intern Architect from 2011 to 2012, Architects Without Borders as a Designer from 2010 to 2011, and PIVOT Architecture as an Intern Architect from 2007 to 2009.

In addition to their architectural roles, Gracie-Griffin has also contributed to the teaching and educational sector. Jessica served as an Instructor and Intern at Yestermorrow Design/Build School from 2002 to 2007 and held the position of Director at Ecological Design Center from 2005 to 2006.

Gracie-Griffin's professional journey began at Accenture, where they worked as a Technology Analyst from 1997 to 2000.

Jessica Gracie-Griffin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from Trinity College-Hartford, which they obtained from 1992 to 1996. Jessica further pursued higher education and attained a Master of Architecture degree from the University of Oregon between 2004 and 2007. Jessica Gracie-Griffin also possesses additional certifications including being an Oregon Architect certified by the Oregon State Board of Architect Examiners in 2016, as well as being a LEED AP BD+C certified by the Green Building Certification Institute.
