Inci Tonguch-Murray currently serves as the Deputy Chief Financial Officer for the U.S. House of Representatives, a position held since March 2024. Previously, Inci held various roles at the Export-Import Bank of the United States from January 2010 to March 2024, including Deputy Chief Financial Officer, Internal Controls & Compliance Director, and Attorney Advisor. Inci also contributed as a Senior Policy Advisor and Lead for Internal Controls & Audit Management at the United States Department of the Treasury for a brief period in 2020, focusing on the implementation of the CARES Act. Prior to this, Inci served as a Judge Advocate General in the United States Air Force from September 1996 to December 2009. Inci holds a JD/LL.M. degree from Duke University School of Law and a degree from Brandeis University.
