Nick Monroy

Nick Monroy is a Legislative Fellow in the Office of Congressman Joe Neguse at the U.S. House of Representatives and a CHCI Public Policy Fellow as of August 2023. With experience in various roles, including Development Coordinator at Coaching Charities, Monroy organized over 18 philanthropic events and directed an inaugural foundation event raising $200,000. Monroy previously served as Director of Diversity and Inclusion and held other leadership positions in the University of Colorado Student Government. Additional experience includes internships at the Colorado Attorney General's Office and Boulder District Attorney’s Office, where research and support for legal processes were conducted. Monroy earned a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Political Science from the University of Colorado Boulder.
