Curtis Palmer is an experienced management analyst and project manager with a strong background in health services administration and external oversight coordination. Currently serving as the Assistant Inspector General and External Oversight Agency Liaison at U.S. Pacific Command since July 2018, Curtis oversees all aspects of external oversight and develops detailed staff reviews. Previous roles include Project Manager focused on combating human trafficking, Planning Analyst at Kaiser Permanente, and State Health Systems Manager for the American Cancer Society in Hawaii. Additional experience includes serving as a Medical Administrative Officer for the 154th Medical Group and project development with the Hawaii National Guard. Curtis holds multiple advanced degrees in Business, Health Services Administration, and Public Administration from Central Michigan University, along with a Bachelor's degree in Health/Health Care Administration from Wayland Baptist University.
