Mike Alexander

Mike Alexander has over 30 years of experience in the IT industry. Mike currently holds the position of Senior Vice President of Information Technology at U.S. & Texas LawShield®. Prior to this role, they served as the IT Director/Enterprise Architect at Gene by Gene, where they implemented an integrated hardware and software solution that improved product delivery times and increased revenue. Mike also worked as the IT Director/Enterprise Architect at United Recovery Systems LP, where they modernized technology and oversaw product development. Mike's previous experience includes roles as the Vice President of Professional Services at DataSynapse, the Director of New Product Development at SunGard, and the Director of Network Systems and Operations Support Systems at WorldCom. Mike has a wide range of technical skills and expertise in areas such as Agile, high-performance computing, microservices, and database management.

Mike Alexander attended Marian Christian High School for their college preparatory education. Mike then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science at the University of Houston from 1980 to 1984. In addition to their formal education, Mike obtained a certification in "Guy Kawasaki on Entrepreneurship" from LinkedIn in October 2016.
