Currently serving as a Senior Customer Service Representative at U.S. Legal Support since April 2009, Brian leads a six-person team focused on a large insurance account, efficiently managing orders and collaborating with attorneys and paralegals. Prior experience includes roles as a Customer Service Representative and Account Manager at Enterprise Rent-A-Car from May 2004 to December 2008, where Brian also held the title of Assistant Manager. Brian holds a BA in Economics for Business and Management from Occidental College and has obtained two Accounting Certificates from UC Berkeley Extension between 2016 and 2019.
