Paige Parker (Smith) currently serves as the Manager of Technical Programs at the U.S. Meat Export Federation since November 2022. Previously, Paige held various roles at the National Cattlemen's Beef Association, including Director of Research and Outreach Program Manager and Associate Director of Safety and Product Quality Research, focusing on research coordination, project management, and dissemination of findings. Paige's experience as a Graduate Research Assistant at Texas A&M University involved managing sensory and consumer studies while developing proficiency in data analysis and experimental design. Paige began their career as an Own Brand Quality Assurance Intern at H-E-B, evaluating product quality across different company levels. Paige earned a Master’s degree in Sensory Science and a Bachelor's degree in Animal Sciences from Texas A&M University.

Headquartered in Denver, USMEF has offices in Seoul, Tokyo, Beijing, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Singapore, Taipei, Eastern Europe, Mexico City, Monterrey and has l market representatives covering China, the Middle East, Central and South America, Africa and the Caribbean.
