Stephanie Steinberg

Stephanie Steinberg is a dynamic entrepreneur and editorial leader with a robust background in writing, coaching, and nonprofit initiatives. As the Founder and CEO of both The Detroit Writing Room and The New York Writing Room, Steinberg leads teams of expert coaches to facilitate writing workshops, virtual events, and individual coaching. Additionally, as Executive Director of Coaching Detroit Forward, a nonprofit organization, Steinberg focuses on empowering Detroit high school students through creative mentorship in writing and the arts. An experienced journalist, Steinberg serves as a Contributing Editor for U.S. News & World Report and USA TODAY Blueprint, while previously holding positions such as Editor-in-Chief at SEEN Magazine and Features Reporter at The Detroit News. Steinberg holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies and Medical Anthropology from the University of Michigan.
