George Toves

George Toves is an accomplished Plans and Operations Specialist at NORAD & US Northern Command, with experience that includes roles as a Joint Manpower Management Analyst. Prior to this, George served as a Management and Program Analyst at The Joint Staff. In previous positions, George held the title of Director, Human Resource at U.S. Army Jobs / IMCOM-Pacific, and worked extensively within the United States Department of Defense in roles such as Senior Executive Advisor, Chief of Personnel Accountability & Strength Management, and Military Assistant to the Secretary of the Army, among others. George earned a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management and Services, graduating Summa Cum Laude from Touro University California.
