Chelsea Perry

Chelsea Perry, SHRM-CP, currently serves as a Human Resources Business Partner at US Oral Surgery Management since February 2024. Prior to this role, Chelsea held the position of Corporate Human Resources Supervisor at American Excelsior Company from June 2021 to February 2024, where leadership was provided to a nationwide team of HR professionals, along with the development and implementation of organizational improvement initiatives focused on leadership development, workplace effectiveness, and company culture. Chelsea's experience also includes serving as Clinical Manager at Wilson Orthodontics from April 2013 to March 2021. Chelsea holds a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management from Texas Woman's University and a Bachelor of Science in Public Health Education and Promotion from the same institution, along with an Associate's degree in Science from Collin College.
