Noorain Chaudhry

Noorain Chaudhry is an experienced Human Resources professional with a focus on organizational development and talent acquisition. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at OU Health since July 2025, Noorain has held various senior leadership roles at Pacific Premier Bank from February 2021 to September 2025. Prior positions include Human Capital Consultant at Deloitte and Organizational Development Consultant & Manager for the County of Orange. Earlier in the career, Noorain worked in talent acquisition at Glidewell Dental and recruitment at Volt Workforce Solutions. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Oklahoma and a Master of Science in Organizational Psychology with a specialization in Intercultural Relations from Vanguard University of Southern California.
