Joleigh Tucker

Joleigh Tucker currently serves as the Director of HR Transitions at US Oral Surgery Management since October 2022, focusing on HR due diligence for new partnerships, ensuring a smooth integration of policies and procedures for incoming staff and surgeons. Prior to this role, Joleigh accumulated extensive experience at Akumin® from May 2007 to October 2022, progressing from Human Resources Implementation Manager, where responsibilities included leading system enhancements and trainings for HR processes, to Director of Human Resources Operations, overseeing daily HR operations and managing mergers and acquisitions. Additionally, Joleigh held the position of Director of Training and Organizational Development, developing companywide training programs and managing compliance trainings. Earlier in career, Joleigh worked at Texas Sports Medicine from March 2002 to March 2006 in roles including Clinic Administrator and Workers Comp Accounts Receivable Specialist.
