Spencer Townsend

Spencer Townsend, PT, DPT, currently serves as the Director of Operations for the West Region at U.S. Physical Therapy, Inc. since February 2025. Previously, Spencer held multiple positions at Wright Physical Therapy, including Marketing Director, Physical Therapist, and Director of Operations, overseeing six clinics within the Magic Valley region from August 2019 to February 2025. Prior experience includes working as an International Parcel Specialist at Pro Star Logistics from December 2010 to March 2019 and as a Business Services Manager at Utah Physical Therapy Specialists for a brief period. Spencer earned a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Utah as well as a degree in Strategic Communication and an Associate of Science from Salt Lake Community College.
