Morgan Steinkamp

Morgan Steinkamp, M.S., currently serves as a Claims and Program Representative at the US Railroad Retirement Board since July 2023. Prior to this role, Morgan held various positions at The University of Alabama, including Community Director, where supervision of Residential Advisors and management of student conduct processes were key responsibilities. Experience also includes roles as a Marketing Assistant, where oversight of research and coordination with faculty took place, and internships at The Ōnin Group and Kohl’s that focused on marketing and recruitment initiatives. Morgan has a solid customer service background from positions at Outback Steakhouse, Chipotle Mexican Grill, Target, and CVS Health. Morgan holds a Master of Science in Marketing Analytics and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing with a Political Science minor from The University of Alabama.
