Kevin Wilmarth

Kevin Wilmarth is currently serving as the Director of HR Systems and Analytics at U.S. Renal Care since April 2022. Prior experience includes roles such as Senior Manager of HR Operations at Digital Realty and HRIS Manager at Dal-Tile Corporation. Kevin has also held positions as Senior HR Systems Analyst at Rent-A-Center, and in various analytical roles at Ernst & Young, including Senior Analyst in Tax Technology and Data Analytics and Global Compensation Analyst. Other notable positions include HRIS Specialist at Lehigh Hanson and Database Analyst/Programmer at University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics. Kevin began their career with internships at AEGON and ACT in internal audit and accounting. Kevin holds a B.B.A in Accounting and Management Information Systems from The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business.
