Lisa Elie

Lisa Elie has a solid work experience spanning over multiple companies and roles. Lisa is currently working at U.S. Renal Care as the Senior Vice President of Operational Excellence. Prior to this, they also held the position of Senior Vice President at the same company. Before joining U.S. Renal Care, Lisa worked at Fresenius Medical Care North America, where they served as the Regional Vice President from 2018 to 2023. Lisa also held the roles of Director of Operations from 2014 to 2018 and Clinic Manager from 2006 to 2014. Lisa's career began in 1985 at Bakersfield Dialysis Center, where they worked as a Patient Care Technician until 1999 and subsequently as a Unit Coordinator until 2006.

Lisa Elie received their Associate of Science (AS) degree in Nursing from Bakersfield College in 1998. In 2016, they completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from Western Governors University.
