Mona Aoufe

Mona Aoufe has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Mona is currently serving as the Senior Director of Business Transformation at U.S. Renal Care since March 2022. Prior to this, they held various roles at CVS Health, including Senior Manager of Process Innovation Enterprise Automation from October 2018 to March 2022, Manager of Strategic Process Improvement from July 2016 to October 2018, Advisor of Strategic Process Improvement from December 2015 to July 2016, and Senior Consultant of Strategic Process Improvement from May 2014 to December 2015. Before joining CVS Health, they worked as a Process Design and Improvement Consultant at Scottsdale Healthcare from February 2013 to May 2014. Mona also gained experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator at Arizona Arthritis and Rheumatology Research, PLLC from 2010 to 2012 and as an Intern in Process Improvement/Lean at Phoenix VA Health Care System in 2010. Mona began their career as a Client Relationship Associate at The Vanguard Group from 2007 to 2009.

Mona Aoufe earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Bioengineering from Arizona State University in 2007. Mona later pursued a Master's degree in Health Sector Management (MHSM) from Arizona State University, which they completed in 2011.
