Rachel Koestner

Rachel Koestner is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in operations finance and financial reporting. Currently serving as the Director of Operations Finance/FP&A at U.S. Renal Care since November 2020, Rachel previously held multiple positions at United Surgical Partners International, Inc. from July 2011 to October 2020, including Manager of Financial Reporting and Senior Accountant/Financial Analyst. In these roles, Rachel facilitated financial reporting for a joint venture comprising 38 surgery centers and 8 hospitals, while also addressing ad-hoc financial inquiries from operational partners. Earlier experience includes a position as Facility Accountant, where Rachel managed full-cycle accounting tasks and provided crucial financial insights to leadership. Rachel began professional career as an AP/Inter-Company Accountant at Atlas Copco. A graduate of Texas Tech University, Rachel earned a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting in 2010.
