Mark is currently serving as the Vice President of Marketing at U.S. Retirement & Benefits Partners (USRBP), a leading independent financial services firm specializing in employee benefits and retirement plans. Prior to USRBP, Mark held the position of Vice President of Marketing and Communications at Public Consulting Group (PCG), a management and operations consulting firm in the public sector. At PCG, they were also a Senior Director of Marketing, responsible for marketing financial management services and tools for individuals managing chronic illness or disability. Before joining PCG, Mark worked as the Director of Global Marketing for Jabil, a global contract manufacturer, where they oversaw the marketing and communications functions for the company's innovation and product development consulting business. Mark also had a long tenure at Avery Dennison, a Fortune 300 corporation, where they held various leadership positions such as Director of Global Marketing Communications, Director of Global Communications (Internal & External), and Director of Internal Communications. Mark was instrumental in developing integrated marketing strategies, leading internal communications initiatives, and driving top-line sales growth for the company. Mark's earlier experiences include roles such as Group Growth Leader and Divisional Growth Leader, where they spearheaded corporate-wide sales growth initiatives, and Product Marketing Manager and United Kingdom Sales Manager, where they managed portfolios and developed relationships with clients. With their extensive experience in marketing and communications, Mark brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to their current role at USRBP.
Mark O'Donoghue has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Webster Leiden Campus. Additionally, they have a Bachelor's degree with honors in Business Studies from the University of Lincoln.
