Matthew Hurley has extensive work experience in various roles and industries.

Matthew is currently working as a Sales Director at U.S. Retirement & Benefits Partners, where they help State and Local Governments save money and assists employees in retiring with financial security.

Prior to that, Matthew worked at Serco from 2015 to 2022, holding positions such as Senior Financial Analyst, Senior Legal Analyst, and Benefits Analyst I. In these roles, they supported the administration of the Thrift Savings Plan (TSP), a retirement plan for civilian and uniformed employees of the United States.
