Nhi Chau began their work experience in 2005 as a Leasing Consultant at Camden Property Trust. Nhi then worked as a Front Desk Supervisor at The Signature at MGM Grand from 2007 to 2010. Nhi continued their career in the hospitality industry as a Lead Concierge at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas from 2010 to 2014. Nhi joined the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group in 2014 and held various positions including Assistant Guest Relations Manager and Guest Relations Manager until 2015. From 2015 to 2016, they worked as a Global Affiliate and Account Manager at U.S. Sedan Service Worldwide. Nhi then moved to The Aria Resort and Casino and served as a Concierge Supervisor from 2016 to 2018. Nhi later became a Chef Concierge at Bally's and Paris Las Vegas from 2018 to 2020. In 2021, they worked as a Customer Service Manager at Canteen Vending before joining U.S. Sedan Service Worldwide again in 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Global Customer Relations & Affiliate Manager at U.S. Sedan Service Worldwide.
Nhi Chau attended Temple University, studying Business Management. Nhi also obtained a certification as a Certified Hotel Concierge from TISOH- The International School of Hospitality.
