Jenny Lewis has a diverse work experience in the HRIS field. Jenny began their career at Kyriba in 2017 as a Human Resources Coordinator and worked there until 2018. Jenny then joined francesca's® as an HR Administrator, where they supported various HR processes and systems for a large number of employees. In 2019, Jenny joined U.S. Silica Company as an HRIS Analyst, where they played a key role in supporting HRIS processes and projects related to Total Rewards and People Operations. Jenny also collaborated with team members on system configuration, upgrades, testing, and implementation of additional functionality. Recently, in 2022, Jenny was promoted to Manager, HRIS & People Analytics at U.S. Silica Company.
Jenny Lewis has a diverse educational background. Jenny earned a Master of Science degree in Applied Psychology with a specialization in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Nottingham in the academic year 2015-2016. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management from Breda University of Applied Sciences, from 2012 to 2015. In 2013, Jenny briefly attended Northern Arizona University's W.A. Franke College of Business, where they studied Economics and Organizational Behavior.
In addition to their academic qualifications, Jenny has obtained certifications to further enhance their professional profile. In February 2018, they became a SHRM Certified Professional, awarded by the Society for Human Resource Management. Furthermore, in November 2022, they obtained the Human Resource Information Professional (HRIP) certification from the International Association for Human Resource Information Management (IHRIM).
